Sobe Terms of Use

Welcome to Sobe. Sobe is operated by CNR GAMES BILISIM YAZILIM VE DANISMANLIK SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Sobe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sobe mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Sobe, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Sobe is a social dating and friendship application that allows users to create profiles, discover other users, match, chat, share profile content, and use location-based discovery features where permission is granted.

Sobe is intended for adults only. It is not intended for children or users under the age of 18.

2. Eligibility

You may use Sobe only if you:

• Are at least 18 years old;
• Can legally enter into a binding agreement;
• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
• Have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service for violating our rules.

By using Sobe, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account and delete related data where required by law.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity that occurs under your account, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree that you will not:

• Create fake, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonation accounts;
• Use another person’s account without permission;
• Provide false age, identity, location, or profile information;
• Share your account with another person;
• Use the Service if your account has been banned or removed.

You may delete your account through the application where available, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Account deletion may be irreversible and may cause loss of access to content, matches, messages, subscriptions, coins, or other in-app items associated with your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sobe respectfully, lawfully, and only for its intended social discovery and dating features. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, abuse, exploit, or intimidate other users;
• Share hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, illegal, or harmful content;
• Solicit, contact, or attempt to interact with minors;
• Promote self-harm, dangerous behavior, criminal activity, terrorism, trafficking, or exploitation;
• Send spam, scams, deceptive links, chain messages, or unauthorized promotions;
• Request, publish, or distribute another person’s private information without consent;
• Use automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or data extraction methods;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission;
• Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Service;
• Submit false reports or misuse reporting and moderation systems.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when these Terms are violated.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any profile information, photos, videos, messages, bio text, interests, reports, feedback, or other content that you upload, send, display, or share through Sobe (“User Content”).

You confirm that you own your User Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share it. You must not upload content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or any law.

By posting or uploading User Content, you grant Sobe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content only as necessary to operate, promote, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

6. Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

Sobe aims to maintain a respectful and safe community. We may use automated and manual moderation tools to review profiles, messages, media, reports, and suspicious activity.

Users may report inappropriate profiles, messages, content, or behavior through in-app reporting tools where available, or by contacting us at [email protected].

Users may also block other users where the feature is available. Blocking may prevent further contact or interaction between the users.

Severe violations, including sexual exploitation, content involving minors, threats of violence, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, or illegal activity, may result in immediate permanent account termination and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and In-App Items

Sobe may offer paid features, subscriptions, coins, premium access, or other in-app items. Payments are processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other authorized payment providers where applicable.

All purchases must be made through the official purchase flow. You are responsible for reviewing the price, product details, subscription period, renewal terms, and account before confirming a purchase.

Unless required by law or the applicable store policy, purchases, subscriptions, coins, and in-app items may be non-refundable. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests may need to be handled through Google Play or Apple App Store depending on where the purchase was made.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue paid features or in-app items. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are not your property, and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn outside the official Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, interface, logos, graphics, trademarks, text, features, and other materials, is owned by Sobe, its operator, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service unless expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Sobe may use or link to third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Play Services, Google Maps Platform, Apple App Store services, Google AdMob, analytics tools, hosting providers, or subscription management services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, or content that we do not control.

10. Mobile Application Terms

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Sobe mobile application on a device that you own or control, solely for personal and lawful use.

If you download Sobe from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service, support, maintenance, claims, or content, except as required by applicable App Store terms.

If you download Sobe from Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Google. Your use of the application must comply with Google Play terms.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for security, maintenance, legal, business, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, infringed third-party rights, abused the Service, or violated applicable law.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, content, matches, messages, subscriptions, coins, premium features, or other in-app items, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that you will find matches, relationships, friendships, or any specific outcome through the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobe, its operator, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sobe, its operator, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Sobe after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
