Sobe Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Purpose

Sobe is a social dating and friendship application operated by CNR GAMES BILISIM YAZILIM VE DANISMANLIK SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. These Child Safety Standards explain our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, and any conduct that endangers children.

Sobe is intended for adults only and is not intended for users under the age of 18.

2. Zero-Tolerance Standards Against CSAE and CSAM

Sobe strictly prohibits any activity, content, profile, message, media, or behavior involving CSAE or CSAM. This includes, but is not limited to:

Accounts, content, or activity that violate these standards may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated without prior notice.

3. Age Restriction and Account Safety

Sobe is an adults-only service. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may suspend or remove the account and take steps to delete or limit related data where required by law.

Users must not provide false age, identity, or profile information, and must not use the service to contact or exploit minors.

4. In-App Reporting and User Controls

Sobe provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report profiles, messages, content, or behavior that may involve child safety concerns, abuse, exploitation, harassment, or other violations. Users may also contact us directly at [email protected].

Where available, users may also block other users to prevent further contact.

5. Review, Moderation, and Enforcement

We may use manual review, automated signals, user reports, and security tools to detect and respond to content or conduct that may violate these standards. Our enforcement actions may include content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, preservation of relevant information, and escalation to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

6. Reporting to Authorities

When we become aware of apparent CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or other child endangerment activity, we may report the matter to relevant regional, national, or international authorities, law enforcement, or child protection organizations, in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

We cooperate with valid legal requests and may preserve or disclose information when required by law, legal process, or urgent safety concerns.
